Hotels.com

Working for Hotels.com, part of the Expedia group, since April 2011 has given me experience in working in an Agile / Kanban environment. I worked with Product Owners and Creative Designers in an iterative manner; initially sketching ideas in a team and then working up a number of ideas into clickable prototypes in Axure in order to show stakeholders across the business. Generally one or two of the ideas were then taken into CD and I would continue to work alongside the CD to ensure the user experience priorities were maintained. The finished designs were then developed for multi-variant testing to see which converted better in the live environment. My most notable gain was a design which increased conversion by between £26-£50k per day.
