River Services website and interactive map

The River information on the TfL site was distributed and chaotic. I performed a content audit and rationalised and greatly simplified the IA structure. I designed a user test and paper prototypes which we then presented to people outside London Bridge River Pier. Amendments were made to the wireframes which were then presented to the internal client. I generated the concept of an interactive River map to show all routes and produced functional specifications to give to an external supplier. I was also responsible for QA'ing the delivered site and interactive map.
